Rachael has intensive training and certification in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), specializing in working with individuals suffering from personality disorders. She is also experienced in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment for individuals dealing with Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender issues.

With over 10 years of experience working with adolescents in acute care, residential, and outpatient settings, Rachael is well-versed in addressing the unique challenges faced by this population. Additionally, she has significant experience providing clinical supervision to colleagues, focusing on training and developing excellence in diagnosing and effectively treating individuals experiencing complex mental health symptoms.
