Grace Farrell, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, specializes in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, and relational challenges. She takes a holistic approach, addressing mental, emotional, physical health, and environment.
Grace Farrell is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a bachelor’s degree in Molecular Genetics from SUNY Fredonia, and a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from UR School of Medicine. She brings experience from her years working in community outpatient mental health, where she treated individual adults & children, as well as couples & families, with a large variety of diagnoses.
Grace provides a comprehensive, biopsychosocial approach when providing treatment, taking into account not only your mental & emotional health but your physical health and environment as well. While being open to offering therapy to individuals, couples, and families of various populations, she holds a special interest in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodivergence, and interpersonal/relational difficulties.
