Brittany Denby

I offer a supportive, person-centered approach to help individuals navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and everyday stress. With training in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, DBT, CPT, TF-CBT, and Progressive Counting, as well as play therapy for youth and adolescents, I tailor therapy to fit each client’s unique needs. My goal is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to build practical tools for lasting change.

"Hi, I’m glad you found me. Most of us aren’t sure where to start with mental health, we just know something feels off. Sometimes we'll even try to fix it on our own, and that can lead us even further down the path. You don’t have to figure it out alone anymore. Whether you're facing trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, or just day-to-day stress, we’ll work together to connect the dots and build tools that actually help. I lead with a person-centered approach where your comfort, safety and voice come first. I will challenge you while focusing on your needs and goals. Therapy can be hard, allow me to make it a little easier.

I specialize in trauma treatments like Progressive Counting, CPT, and TF-CBT. I specialize in play therapy for youth and adolescents as well and am working towards my Registered  Play Therapy Certification. I also pull from approaches like CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to find what works best for you and not force you to fit into a certain method or model.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe space, one where you’re seen, heard, and never judged. I’ll show up with compassion, honesty, and a sense of humor (when it’s needed and appropriate). My goal is to truly understand your world, walk alongside you through the hard parts, and celebrate the small wins along the way."
