Dr. Combs is the Director of Neuropsychology at Penfield Psychiatry. As a New York State Licensed Psychologist (#027644), she leads the neuropsychology team and provides comprehensive psychological assessments and treatment for neurodevelopmental, mood, eating, and personality disorders using a collaborative, strengths-based, person-centered approach.
Dr. Combs earned her dual doctoral degree in Clinical/School Psychology from Roberts Wesleyan University and has experience across educational, community-based mental health, private practice, and partial hospitalization settings. At Penfield Psychiatry, she conducts comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations for ADHD, autism, learning disabilities, and other cognitive, emotional, and behavioral concerns. In her role as the Director, she also oversees team management, supervision, and program development, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based, individualized care. Dr. Combs is dedicated to using a collaborative, person-centered, strengths-based approach to guide assessment, treatment, and team development. Dr. Combs is currently accepting new patients for psychological assessments.
