Office Policies & Patient Information

Initial Consultation

The initial appointment is an opportunity for both provider and patient to determine compatibility and appropriate care paths. Please note that an initial meeting does not guarantee continued care - referrals may be made if another provider or care level would better serve your needs.

Services We Provide

Our psychiatric team specializes in medication management within a supportive environment. While our NPs are therapy-trained, we often recommend working with one of our therapists or community providers for more intensive therapeutic support. Treatment plans are customized to each individual's needs.

Appointment Guidelines

We operate on an appointment-only basis. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling. A $50 fee applies for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice. Please note that insurance does not cover missed appointments. This fee must be paid before your next visit.

Payment Information

Co-pays, deductibles, and coinsurance are due at time of service. Outstanding balances may affect future appointments. We accept check, cash, and credit cards. A $35 fee applies to returned checks. After 1/1/23, late co-pays (>2 days) incur a $15 charge.

Insurance Coverage

Please verify your mental health benefits and obtain any required referrals/authorizations. We accept most major insurance plans but do not participate with Medicaid, NGS Medicare, MVP, UHC, Fidelis, POMCO, Tricare, or Empire Plan.

Medication Policies

Request refills 5 business days before running out. Have pharmacy details ready when calling. Controlled substance refills require an appointment.
